Created four, novel School Health Report Cards individualized to the student’s body mass index (BMI) category. The School Health Report Card included the results of the state mandated school health screenings (height, weight, calculated BMI, blood pressure, hearing and vision) as well as health information related to the specific screening and referral sources.
